Activities Assistant

About the role

The Activities Assistant plays an important role in creating an engaging, active, and welcoming lifestyle for the residents of Symphony Park. This position works closely with the Activities Director to support the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of resident activities, events, programs, and outings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Activities Director in planning and executing resident activities, events, programs, and outings.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful event execution.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents.
• Document and report on activity outcomes and feedback.
