Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the community
• Facilitate planned activities, including exercise classes, sing-alongs, brain power activities, sports, art classes, and reading
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement to evaluate facility activities and resident progress
• Involve residents and families in planning activity programs when possible

Requirements

• Must be flexible, dependable, and work well under pressure
• Must be a self-starter with creativity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must follow Activities protocol and infection control guidelines
• Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule

Full-time, days: Tuesday through Saturday
