Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of daily activities, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for residents
- Help to develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Collaborate with the Activity's Director to brainstorm new ideas and improve existing programs
- Assist residents with transportation to and from activities, promoting independence and autonomy
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
- Previous experience in activities, preferred
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist residents with transfers
