About Us: At Brightview Senior Living, we believe in the Vibrant Living Assistant role as an essential part of our community. Our Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping our residents live an active, vibrant life through various programming and events.
Responsibilities
- Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
- Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
- Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
- Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
- Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
- Help set up and break down events and activities.
Qualifications
- You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them
- We hope you'll use your talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert
- Exercise your creativity. The sky is the limit!
- You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy
- You have an active Driver's license in good standing

Hours and schedule details are provided upon hire based on department needs and resident requirements.
Pay
Salary Range: USD $19.00 - USD $21.75 /Hr. Compensation Disclosure: The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
