About the role

The Activities Assistant will assist in the coordination of activities within the facility, considering the needs, interests, and abilities of all residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing activities that cater to the diverse needs of residents.
• Engage with both residents and families to understand their preferences and interests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships among residents, staff, and visitors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of activities into the overall care plan.

• Previous nursing home experience is preferred.
