About the role

The Life Enrichment Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs daily. Our calendar features creative, therapeutic activities designed to promote physical and mental well-being. If you enjoy games, music, singing, and arts & crafts, this role may be ideal for you.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Lead and assist with group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and provide transport to and from activities.
• Evaluate patients based on their background, interests, abilities, and physical limitations to create meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

Requirements

• 1+ year of related experience in long-term care preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving goals.

Pay

Base wages start at $14.50 per hour, plus Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour). Overtime pay and yearly wage increases are available.
