Join our team at Cascade Senior Care Center as an Activities Aide, delivering and leading life enrichment programs every day. Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Lead and assist with group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport participants to and from activities.
• Evaluate patients based on their background, interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs to create meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

Requirements

• 1+ year of related experience in long-term care preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and getting the job done.

Pay

Starting wage: $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $15.85 per hour (includes $0.85 per hour Hero Pay). Yearly wage increases are provided.

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Morning and afternoon shifts.
• Rotating weekends and some holidays.
• No late nights.
