Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation among residents.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean living environment for residents.
• Communicate regularly with residents' families to update them on their loved one's progress and needs.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to resident care.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to handle stress and maintain composure under pressure.
