Cheer Home Care is actively hiring compassionate caregivers for hourly positions in San Diego North County, Fallbrook. We offer a range of available hours including AM shifts.
About the Role
We believe in providing genuine companionship and meaningful care to our clients. As a caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, provide transportation, engage clients in activities, and help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Providing transportation for medical appointments and outings
- Engaging clients in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being
- Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offering support for those with specialized needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care
Requirements
- Cell phone with internet access
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PREFERRED: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications, though not mandatory
- A passion for caring for others
Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more

- Flexible Schedule: Full-time or part-time, based on your availability and travel preferences
- Variety of Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Night, Overnight; 4, 6, 8, & 12-hour options (Many open 12-hour shifts)
