Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of transformers
• Perform teardown and inspection of core and coil assembly
• Load coils onto core and yoke core form or stack shell form
• Repair, stack, and re-insulate cores as required
• Conduct phase assembly of shell form packages
• Perform jacking of core blocking and insulation
• Install units in oven or vacuum tank for processing
• Clean and install or fabricate new structure
• Clean and install de-energized tap changers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Military experience a plus
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
