ACT Tutor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ACT tutor to work with students preparing for the exam across English, Math, Reading, and Science sections.

Responsibilities

• Assess each student's starting point
• Create a tailored study plan
• Teach core content and test prep strategy
• Help students build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to test day

Requirements

• A strong ACT score (typically 90th percentile+)
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience
• A clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to individual student needs
• Passion for education and learning

Skills

• Knowledge of ACT test structure and content
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Effective time management and organization skills
