Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and ensure adequate staffing coverage for the ACT team.
- Lead daily team meetings that promote coordination, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
- Maintain accurate, timely supervision documentation.
- Oversee assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical review.
- Cookordination staff training, coaching, and technical assistance.
- Ensure ACT program fidelity and high-quality service delivery.
- Educate community partners about the ACT model and support strong interagency relationships.
- Maintain communication with OCEACT for program consultation and fidelity support.
- Organize, track, and report program data to CPCCO and OCEACT.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, nursing, or social work.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical skills treating individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Experience supervising clinical staff in a community mental health setting.
- Knowledge of the ACT model and commitment to its philosophy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and computer proficiency.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Effective leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Bilingual (Spanish) (preferred).
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (preferred).
