• Meet criteria for and/or hold a valid Tennessee teaching license with endorsements: 001, 007, 159, 407
• Strong content knowledge in English
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team
• Must maintain regular attendance
• Must be able to interact effectively with students
