Acrylic Tub/Shower Installation Subcontractor

About the role

ImproveIt! Home Remodeling, a family‑owned business with over 37 years of experience and an BBB‑Accredited A+ rating, is seeking experienced acrylic tub/shower installation professionals to work as subcontractors. The company installs acrylic panels (BCI products) in wet areas and does not perform tile work or painting.

Responsibilities

• Measure and install acrylic tub/shower systems using BCI panels (no tile or painting required).
• Provide your own labor, truck, and tools; all other materials are supplied by ImproveIt!.
• Optionally manage additional crews to grow your business.

Requirements

• Extensive experience installing acrylic tub/shower systems (e.g., BCI, Kohler, Onyx, ReBath, Tyvarian).
• Desire to grow your income and improve your life.
• Willingness to partner as a subcontractor business owner.
