  • Property Protection: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Protect the customer's property using boot covers, drop cloths, and plastic, treating their home with the utmost respect.
  • Technical Execution: Lead the flawless installation of premium, 3-piece acrylic wall systems, shower pans, tubs, and custom tile. Perform associated carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing tasks.
  • Install acrylic bath and shower systems, wall surrounds, tile surrounds, custom tile flooring, and related fixtures efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Perform custom tile setting, backer board installation, grouting, sealing, and waterproofing for wet-area applications.
  • Complete demolition, plumbing modifications, light carpentry, and subfloor prep work for tub/shower conversions and full bathroom remodels.
  • Ensure precise measurements, level layouts, and seamless workmanship on every job site.
  • Tool & Site Safety: Safely and effectively utilize hand and power tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and local building codes.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain project steps and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Project Closure: Meticulously review completed work for quality. Demonstrate product functionality, care, and maintenance to the homeowner. Complete all job documentation (photos/paperwork) and collect final payments.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of verifiable experience in residential bathroom remodeling, finish carpentry, or home improvement. Experience with tub-to-shower and general conversions is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in bathroom remodeling, tile setting, acrylic system installation, or general carpentry/plumbing.
  • Proficiency in tile cutting, layout, setting, and grouting techniques.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 lbs) and work independently or with an install team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must own and operate a full-size truck, van, or sprinter.
  • Proof of insurance and ability to pass a background check.
  • Subcontractor: Required licenses and insurance are a must.
  • Must provide photos of prior projects during the interview process.

Skills

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation
  • Consistent, year-round local work
  • Professional and supportive team environment
