Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations

- Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
Qualifications
- Experience with M&A processes and deal structuring
