Responsibilities
- Drive new business and maintain a consistent, high-performing sales pipeline.
- Possess and maintain necessary licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health).
- Prospect through outbound calls, referrals, internet leads, and community outreach.
- Build and manage a steady pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover risks and recommend solutions.
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies.
- Follow up consistently and aggressively to convert quotes into bound business.
- Track daily activity, pipeline movement, and production metrics.
- Collaborate with the team while maintaining a strong individual production focus.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals.
- Strong closing skills and confidence handling objections.

Qualifications
- Licenses: Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1, Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire.
