Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to existing policyholders.
  • Build relationships by identifying additional insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
  • Follow up on warm and new leads to generate new business.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to develop new customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Sales mindset with a passion for helping customers and achieving goals.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Insurance experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to obtain State Licenses (P&C & L&H)
