Responsibilities
- Provide program management support across the full acquisition lifecycle, including development, production, deployment, and sustainment.
- Monitor program cost, schedule, and performance; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support acquisition planning, strategy development, and pre/post-award documentation.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, metrics, reports, and briefings (e.g., DAES, MARs).
- Affirm milestone planning, Integrated Master Plans (IMP), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Support senior-level meetings, program reviews, and decision documentation.
- Analyze acquisition programs and recommend improvements to processes, policies, and execution.
- Cook with DoD, Air Force, and international stakeholders to resolve programmatic issues.
- Support risk management planning, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Afford assistance with event planning, executive support, travel coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain databases, SharePoint sites, and communication plans to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in a program or acquisition management role including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with PMO operations, acquisition strategy, contract management, and source selection.
- Knowledge of Agile acquisition, cyber security, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, policies, and life cycle management.
- Experience with FMS programs, including LOA management and international coordination.
- Proficient in data analysis, program metrics, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Able to communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed and multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in DoD acquisition frameworks and program evaluation techniques.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive program success and compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and effective communication skills.
- Able to manage complex acquisition programs and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint).
- Knowledge of ITAR, foreign disclosure, and international program execution.
- Able to travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.
- Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
