About the role
Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an Acquisition Management Support SME to support a federal agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review acquisition documentation (SOW, PWS, SOO, market research, acquisition plans)
- Support pre-solicitation packages, including PR packages, QASP, evaluation criteria, and J&As
- Collaborate with program offices and Contracting Officers to ensure compliance and clarity
- Participate in acquisition planning and pre-proposal activities
- Deliver 12 formal training sessions annually, plus ad-hoc training
- Provide guidance across the acquisition lifecycle (planning through administration)
- Recommend and support process improvements and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Acquisition Management Support
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and FAR
- Excellent communication and training skills
Qualifications
- FAC-C Professional or legacy FAC-C Level III, nice to have
- DAWIA Contracting Professional / Level III equivalent, nice to have
- FAC-COR is a useful add, but secondary, nice to have
