Responsibilities

  • Support acquisition and logistics activities for a Federal Law Enforcement customer.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the effective use of annual funding and available resources.
  • Track obligations, expenditures, invoices, and payments to ensure timely processing and fiscal accountability.
  • Cook up procurement and purchasing activities in support of operational requirements.
  • Serve as Unit Property Custodian and maintain accountability of government property and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
  • Conduct recurring inventories and reconcile discrepancies as required.
  • Aid with asset lifecycle management including receiving, issuing, tracking, transferring, and disposition of equipment.
  • Prepare reports and status updates related to funding, procurement, and inventory management.
