Essential Functions
- Understands the overall process of an acquisition from the initial opportunity through the transition/migration.
- Reviews quantitative data to spot trends as it relates to Acquisitions.
- Participates in deal activities such as file reviews, financial review, pricing and reporting.
- Identifies required resources in conjunction with abilities across all departmental acquisition activities.
- Captures and organizes data for statistical analysis.
- Develops and analyzes information for risk assessment, reserve evaluations, and pricing for insurance-based acquisitions.
- Coordinates with and supports departmental leads.
- Supports the maintenance and updating of the Acquisition Framework in electronic format.
- Provides support for integration planning and execution of new business.
Knowledge Management and Reporting
- Helps coordinate additional analysis and input from other departments as required.
- Supports Acquisition Team’s internal and external reporting needs.
- Attends Team meetings; coordinates, sets up, and scribes meetings as necessary.
- Assists with Continuous Development process for Acquisitions and Framework activities.
- Presents results to others, such as senior managers and associates.
- Maintains accurate reports on all work.

Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Education or Certification
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS).
- Professional designation (CPA, CFA).
