Acquisition Analyst with Security Clearance

About the role

Mayvin is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support the United States Army and PAE Maneuver Ground at Fort Belvoir, VA. The candidate will support the development of DoD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for ACAT II–IV DoD Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs/MTAs, and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working with military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret clearance required
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs (ACAT II–IV, AAPs, OTAs/MTAs)
• Ability to collaborate with military, civilian, and contractor personnel

Responsibilities

• Execute acquisition management across an entire product line
• Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
• Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command, and provide contract oversight for assigned projects
• Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documents including Milestone-related documentation
• Lead tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination
• Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Request Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment
• Lead and provide oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations
