Responsibilities
- Assist with resident care, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
- Provide general nursing support, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Absorb and transfer residents safely and comfortably
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families
Requirements
- Currently certified as one of the following: ACMA, CMA, MAT
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and safety
