About the role

The ACM & Community Inspection Supervisor leads the Assistant Community Manager (ACM) and Community Inspector teams. This position is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, workload management, performance, and quality control. A primary objective of this role is to develop ACMs for advancement into Community Manager positions within approximately one
