Acima Assistant Store Manager - PT

About the role

The Assistant Manager-PT role is designed to assist the Store Manager in managing accounts and driving sales, while providing exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and operates Monday through Sunday, with flexibility in working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web and in-store channels
• Identify and fulfill customer needs promptly
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, benefits, and the application process
• Closing the sales cycle by converting applications into Acima credit customers
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores for all operations aspects
• Communicate with the Store Manager about store and coworker activities and performance

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus
• Organized with time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Consistent in-person attendance

Pay

$13.73 - $15.67 per hour

Schedule

This is a Part-Time position operating Monday through Sunday. Actual workdays and hours will vary, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the Assistant Store Manager is regularly required to talk and listen to coworkers and customers. This position is highly active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing from time to time throughout the day.
