What You'll Do

Every day is different. You'll complete a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Typical projects include:

• Carpentry repairs and installations
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring repairs and installation
• Tile repair and installation
• Maintenance and handyman services

You are a skilled problem solver who can work independently, communicate professionally, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in multiple trades
• Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage projects efficiently and professionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated

Requirements

• Must live in San Diego North County
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Truck or van capable of transporting an 8-foot ladder
• Basic set of tools required to do most jobs
• Ability to lift, carry, and work safely on ladders
• Clean and professional appearance
• Organized vehicle and tools
• Strong communication skills
