Responsibilities

• Gain experience while supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Help individuals live independently and beyond their perceived limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Aid in accessing and providing transportation for individuals.
• Create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Relief Counselors play a significant role in enhancing the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensuring daily living needs are met, and maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere. The schedule is flexible to accommodate personal, work, and school commitments.
