ACCS Design Engineer
Control Air Enterprises LLC, an employee-owned company (ESOP), is seeking a motivated Design Engineer to join our growing Controls team. This role offers the opportunity to work on Building Management Systems (BMS) in both new and existing buildings, while gaining hands-on project experience and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate VAVs, basic AHUs, FCUs, and basic system topology
- Develop and review project submittals
- Participate in job walks with the lead engineer and Project Manager
- Create and track purchase orders
- Support internal job management meetings
- Obtain and review vendor quotes
- Maintain organized project files
- Attend bi-weekly PM meetings and monthly JTD meetings
- Assist with CO estimating (entry level)
- Generate and track RFIs

Pay
$33-$40/hour
