Join us as an ACCS Assistant Program Director (APD) and take on a crucial leadership role within our dynamic Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) programs!

Responsibilities

• Provide essential clinical and administrative leadership across multiple sites, supporting adults who are facing mental health and substance use challenges.
• Deliver high-quality care and transformative treatment to the individuals we serve.
• Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all required regulations and policies to the highest standards under the guidance of the Program Director.

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field
• An Independent Clinical License is highly preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, with a preference for prior experience in recovery-based community services
• At least one year of supervisory/management experience
• Builds strong working relationships with the MA Department of Mental Health and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service coordination for clients
• A strong understanding and knowledge of evidence-based practices (e.g., Stages of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction) and their application in mental health recovery
• The ability to lead a team, provide supervision, and make effective decisions

Pay

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range $80,000 - $90,000 USD
