Accounts Receivable Specialist - Bilingual
Position Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts across our U.S. and Mexico locations, building relationships via phone and email.
- Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
- Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.

About the Role
Join Uline as a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you’ll help manage customer accounts, support timely payments and work with teams to ensure legendary service across our growing North American company.
Schedule
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM preferred, with flexible scheduling options available.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Pay
Pay from $26 to $28 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!
