• Coordinate and maintain the Accounts Receivable Specialist workflow, ensuring unresolved financial exceptions are tracked and documented.
• Review financial inputs against supporting records to maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of account information while reconciling discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Document spreadsheet analysis decisions clearly to ensure another teammate can follow the reasoning behind financial actions.
• Apply sound judgment in target market analysis, escalating issues when necessary rather than making assumptions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Process Compliance and Accounts Receivable Specialist Workflow.
• Ability to perform reconciliations without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Experience documenting financial decisions clearly for team continuity.
• Strong judgment in target market analysis, particularly in escalation scenarios.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
