Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts receivable processes with invoice review, ensuring traceability and accuracy in the context of brand strategy, marketing, and creative operations.
- Reconcile branding documentation with status tracking, leaving clear audit trails for source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Coordinate reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring timely completion of accounts receivable tasks.
- Review documentation and generate reports to support financial record integrity and workflow transparency.
- Implement quality control and workflow management to prevent errors and surface unresolved items before they impact downstream processes.
- Apply data accuracy standards while managing evidence and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when accounts receivable tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
Requirements
- Confident use of Elevare Branding Workflow Context and financial records to support brand strategy, marketing, and creative operations.
- Ability to maintain traceable, accurate financial records under the specific demands of a creative and marketing-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring unresolved items have owners and repeated errors are surfaced before causing rework.
- Experience in workflow management, reconciliation, and deadline management within accounts receivable.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
