Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Title: Accounts Receivable ManagerLocation: San Francisco, CASalary: $180,000-$220,000 Company Summary: A rapidly growing, technology company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join its expanding finance team. This newly created position will play a critical role in building and scaling the company's billing and accounts receivable infrastructure during a period of significant growth. Working closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and external stakeholders, the AR Manager will develop processes, implement systems, improve controls, and help ensure timely invoicing and cash collection across a growing enterprise customer base. Key Responsibilities:Build and enhance accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes to support company growthManage enterprise customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and aging analysisPartner with internal teams and customer AP departments to resolve billing issue and payment disputesImplement and optimize billing systems, reporting processes and automation initiatives Qualifications:6-10 years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience within a B2B environmentExperience building or improving AR and billing processes in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or subscription-based companyStrong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, cash application, and AR reportingProficiency with ERP and billing platforms such as NetSuite, Stripe, QuickBooks, or similar systems; CPA and startup experience is a plus
