Main Objective
To learn and experience all areas of accounts receivable through the AR rotational program.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze agency AR statements.
- Research AR refunds and application of debits/credits.
- Review and analyze credit lines and extension terms for existing customers.
- Apply cash payments and short pay research/resolution.
- Provide support to collection team on small accounts.
- Assist resolution team on research for disputed items.
Education And Experience
- Progress towards a college degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management required.
- (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify).
Knowledge And Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses And/or Training
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Follow written and verbal direction.
- PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel.
- Fax; Scanner.
