Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate customer invoices, including progress and AIA billings
• Track project billing status to ensure compliance with contract terms and billing schedules
• Partner with project managers to gather billing information and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Process lien waivers and other construction-related billing documents as needed
• Aid with account reconciliations and reporting
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts receivable

Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounts receivable and billing experience, preferably in the construction or project-based industry
• Experience with AIA billing and lien waivers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
