Accounts Receivable Associate

About the role

General accounting position with direct contact with company customers, focusing on collection and reconciliation of customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
• Collect customer payments
• Contact customers regarding account status
• Handle order release queues
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Willing to learn other accounting duties
• Flexible and a team player

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Ability to pass background/MVR check
• Strong background in accounting and collections
• Detailed oriented and able to multi-task
