Accounts Receivable Analyst

Join our fast-paced team in Saginaw, Texas, where you'll play a critical role managing the full lifecycle of equipment rentals and leasing operations in a dynamic industry. This on-site role offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact in a growing operation.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end Order-to-Cash processes using NetSuite
• Customer onboarding, credit evaluation, and relationship management
• Handling Purchase Orders, Supplier Portal billing, Rental Agreements, invoicing, and collections
• Fleet and maintenance billing coordination

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, cash application, or a closely related finance function
• Working knowledge of NetSuite, especially within accounts receivable and order-to-cash processes
• Ability to manage invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, and collections with strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site business environment
• Proficiency with customer account review, documentation tracking, and resolving billing discrepancies

Preferred Background

• Background in equipment rental/leasing or fleet operations (a big plus)
• Background supporting equipment rental, leasing, fleet, or service-based operations is preferred
