Accounts Payable Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing of vendor invoices through VIM, including researching inquiries, providing guidance for end-users on processing, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with processing checks runs, wire, and ACH payments in a timely manner.
- Manage vendor relationships and research inquiries.
- Review, document, and improve departmental processes and procedures.
- Assist in training, developing, mentoring, and supervising the AP Team.
- Provide support and assistance for annual audit.
- Work on special projects as assigned by manager.
- Resolve issues in document handling and assist in resolution of issues.
- Assist with system upgrade testing and onboarding new entities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Accounts Payable experience, 1+ year in a supervisor position preferred.
- SAP experience required.
- VIM experience helpful.
- Ability to work as a hands-on team player.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
