Accounts Payable Supervisor

THE ROLE

Supervise and support the day-to-day Accounts Payable function
Ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of vendor invoices
Oversee vendor statement reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies
Monitor AP performance, service levels and processing accuracy
Coach and train team members while helping improve processes
Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation
Assist with reporting, system enhancements and process improvements
Support proper invoice coding and inventory-related payables

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
• Strong 3-way match / inventory payables experience
• Large-volume vendor statement reconciliation experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Leadership experience preferred, but we will consider someone ready for their first supervisory opportunity
• Experience in retail, distribution, manufacturing or another multi-site environment strongly preferred
• Eclipse experience is a plus
