Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp)

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable – with high volume environment (300 invoices a day)
• Experience with Large ERP stem
• Experience working in a complex multi-entity environment preferred

Job Description

Process vendor invoices including verification, coding, data entry, and issue resolution
Support daily accounts payable operations including payment processing and reconciliations
Assist with month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial records
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain organized documentation and tracking for invoices and related transactions
Assist with resolving discrepancies and improving operational workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to meet deadlines and business needs
Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
