Accounts Payable Representative

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience with data entry and Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities

• Processes all publisher account invoices
• Works publisher statements
• Processes credit & debit memos
• Works the exception report
• Processes settlements
• Responds to publisher inquiries timely and accurately
• Reviews proof of delivery documentation to verify that product was received
• Verifies any payment or invoice discrepancies
• Processes manual invoices
• Reconciles publisher accounts
• Develops and maintains excel spreadsheets
• Filings weekly/monthly paperwork
• PARTNERS WITH SHARED SERVICES TEAM AND HELPS PROVIDE BACKUP FOR TEAM ABSENCES

Hiring Salary Range
