About the role
Livermore Ford Lincoln Alfa Romeo Maserati is a family-owned and operated local automotive dealership group proudly serving Livermore and surrounding counties. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Reconcile AR accounts weekly/monthly and provide required aging reports to management
- Reconcile AR accounting schedules resolving discrepancies, making necessary journal entries and creating reports
- Prepare monthly statements and send to customers
- Matching invoices/Reconciling vendor statements
- Entering invoices into the system and posting for payment
- Processing 1099’s at year-end
- Maintain all vendor files
- Update and create various Excel spreadsheets
- Filing of invoices
- Must be able to follow very specific deadlines
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years accounts receivable/payable experience
- CDK experience a plus
