We’re searching for a talented and driven Accounts Payable Associate to join our team! Your Day-to-Day Accurately key vendor invoices, processing around 350 daily.Reconcile vendor statements and update invoice status.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice exceptions.Create and analyze aging and PO reports for invoice resolution.Build and maintain vendor relationships; provide AP administrative support. What You’ll Bring To The Table Associate degree or 2 years of general accounting experience.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks by urgency.High attention to detail and accuracy.Independent problem-solver with excellent verbal and written communication.Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs; positive team player.
