for each heading only if there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). We need to remove EEO line. Now we need to decide sections. We have: - About the role / company description: The paragraph about Cohere, community, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About Cohere". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for the introductory description. - Responsibilities: The "What You’ll Do" section with bullet lists. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What We’re Looking For" and "Additional Requirements". Could combine into Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide which sections to include. We have content for Requirements (experience, degree), Skills (proficiency, attention to detail, etc.), Additional Requirements (preferred). Could split into Requirements and Skills. But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" section with both. Or we could have "Qualifications" for education/experience and "Skills" for abilities. However we need to avoid filler. Let's see content: What We’re Looking For: - 1+ years of general accounting, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience, or an Associate Degree in Accounting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills - Comfort working with accounting systems, databases, and technology - A customer-service mindset when working with internal teams, vendors, and community partners - Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team - Sound judgment, initiative, and strong follow-through - Familiarity with general accounting principles and budgeting processes Additional Requirements: - Prior accounts payable and data entry experience preferred - Community association experience preferred - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities - Commitment to professionalism, integrity, respect, and continuous improvement - Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the needs of the team evolve We could have a "Requirements" section covering the mandatory items (first bullet list) and a "Preferred Qualifications" maybe but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we could put all under "Requirements". Or we could split into "Requirements" (mandatory) and "Skills" (the abilities). But the "Skills" heading is allowed. However the content includes both experience and skills. Might be okay to put experience under Requirements and skills under Skills. Let's see if we have enough for each. Requirements (mandatory): - 1+ years of general accounting, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience, or an Associate Degree in Accounting Skills (list): - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills - Comfort working with accounting systems, databases, and technology - A customer-service mindset when working with internal teams, vendors, and community partners - Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team - Sound judgment, initiative, and strong follow-through - Familiarity with general accounting principles and budgeting processes Additional Requirements (preferred) could be placed under Requirements as well, but they are "preferred". Could still be under Requirements. But we might want a separate "Preferred Qualifications" but not allowed. So we could incorporate them into Requirements as well, maybe label as "Preferred" but still within same section. However we must not invent filler. It's okay to include them as part of Requirements. Benefits: We have benefits list: Medical coverage available on your first day, Employer-paid dental coverage, Vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, Employer-paid Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability coverage, Pet insurance options, Employee Assistance Program with mental health, financial, legal, and family support resources, Travel assistance and identity theft protection, Complimentary will preparation services, Generous paid time off, 16 paid holidays each year, including a Birthday Day and Volunteer Day, in addition to PTO, Professional development and growth opportunities. Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour. Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides full-time. Could infer full-time schedule but not given. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated. Benefits are stated. Schedule is not explicitly stated (just "Job Type Full-time"). That could be considered schedule? It says Job Type Full-time. That is schedule info. Might be acceptable to include Schedule section with "Full-time". However the rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Job Type Full-time, which is schedule. So we can include Schedule. But we need to avoid filler like "not specified". So we can put Schedule: Full-time. Now About the role: we have the descriptive paragraph about Cohere and the role. Could be a couple paragraphs. Responsibilities: we have the "What You’ll Do" section with subheadings: Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing, Vendor & Community Support, Administrative & Team Support. We need to turn those into
  • lists. The subheadings could be omitted? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have a

      Responsibilities

      then a
        with each duty as
      • . We could keep the subheadings as part of the li text or we could keep them as separate

but not allowed. Better to incorporate them into li. Thus we will produce:
