Accounts Payable Associate

About the role

Established high-end residential construction and service firm with multiple locations across New England and New York. The Accounts Payable Associate will play a key role in automating and enhancing the AP function. Close-knit, laid-back environment with flexibility. Located in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP workflow to ensure timely approvals and month-end close.
• Validate, match, and enter invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare monthly accruals.
• Maintain organized AP records and handle vendor inquiries.
• Support audits and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Sage 300 / construction industry experience preferred.

Pay

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
