Peak Achievement Athletics, a leading global sports brand, is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our championship team. This role is vital in processing payments, resolving financial discrepancies, and supporting the financial operations of Bauer Hockey and Cascade Maverik Lacrosse.

Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume invoice entry, review open and blocked invoices, and manage AP aging reports.
  • Prepare and organize invoices, accurately entering them into SAP.
  • Resolve financial discrepancies on invoices; research and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide guidance related to invoice or T&E processing.
  • Audit expense reports as needed and recognize discrepancies with cost and quantity.
  • Monitor payments to prevent duplicate, late, or unauthorized disbursements.
  • Set up and edit vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Settle supplier and employee past-due accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of the weekly payment run and participate in department meetings.
  • Process company credit card requests and create manual wires/templates using the bank system.
  • Coordinate with the Global Accounts Payable team to execute payments.
  • Support internal and external audit requests and prepare documentation for AP transactions.
  • Recommend process changes or improvements and maintain vendor master records.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • SAP and Concur experience preferred.
  • Experience with accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
