Accountmanager Entertainment

About the role

As Accountmanager Entertainment, you are the link between client, artist, and execution. You translate leads into strong shows, coordinate schedules, think along substantively, and turn ideas into reality. From first contact to the highlight of the evening itself, you ensure everything is right.

What you will do

• Leads & deals – Convert leads into bookings: weddings, corporate events, shows. Handle client contact, identify needs, provide advice, and prepare quotes. Build your network through events and contact moments.
• Booking & artist management – Book DJs and bands from our pool. Manage availability, quality, and show information. Keep the process running smoothly, optionally with junior support.
• Technical & logistics – Coordinate with technicians and venues. Correctly record all show details in Rentman. Ensure timely handover to project managers.
• Creative input & show development – Develop new shows or concepts independently or together. Think in terms of experience and execution for events.
• Showroom & presentation – Contribute ideas for showroom setup and good marketing. Make sure we put on f@*k@ng awesome shows.

Who you are

• Commercially minded and energetic in acquiring assignments
• Social and strong in communication, both client- and artist-oriented
• Organized, independent, and quality-focused
• Creative and innovative, with an eye for detail
• Experience with planning tools (such as Rentman) is a plus
• You enjoy mentoring a junior colleague
