About the role
In the role of Accountmanager B2B/Woningcorporaties, you are responsible for account management and account management within the Twente and Achterhoek region. You serve as the first point of contact for large-scale customers and the hub between Energiewacht's internal organization and the customer.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure connection between the organization and customers;
- Actively sell products and services such as maintenance & service, installations, and energy efficiency solutions, and achieve sales targets while creating new opportunities for win-win partnerships with wining corporations, businesses, and institutions;
- Develop account plans and translate them into a commercial plan with concrete action plans at the customer level. Consider market developments and new business.
Requirements
- Have recent work experience in a similar function, preferably within our sector/industry, as an account manager on commercial and technical grounds in the business-to-business (B2B) market;
- Be able to listen actively, ask the right questions, and ultimately provide the best advice from an advisory role;
- Given that you advise on a wide range of sustainable technologies, it is important that you have interest in the technology behind Energiewacht's products and services and the developments within the energy transition;
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with your (internal) customers and various departments within the Energiewacht organization;
- It is natural to drive to locations and regularly visit our locations, projects, and customers within your working area.
Qualifications

- Access to our online learning platform GoodHabitz based on your experience, you will receive a monthly salary between €4,610,- and €6,496,- gross per full-time employment;
- Your terms of employment are regulated in the CAO Metal and Technology, including 25 vacation days, 13 annual leave days under a full-time employment contract, and a pension scheme through PMT;
- Your terms of employment are supplemented with our own company regulations such as a car, laptop, and mobile phone from the company;
- We offer you a contract for one year with the intention of a permanent position;

Pay
- €4,610,- to €6,496,- gross per month based on experience.
Schedule
- 60% of your time visiting customers and having monthly meetings with wining corporations about cooperation and service delivery;
- The remaining 40% is spent preparing visits, coordinating with colleagues, analyzing market developments, and weekly contact with preparers, planners, project leaders, and sustainability advisors, and monthly meetings with regional managers and project leaders.
