Accounting & Transaction Advisory - Manager

Our client is a large, established Advisory firm that has placed significant capital behind their Accounting & Transaction Advisory sector expansion this year. If you have a Public Accounting background and want to expand your knowledge and experience with a firm devoted to developing and progressing their people, this opportunity is for you. Whether you're an External Auditor with strong Financial Statement experience or a current Deals/FDD/TAS professional who excels with Databooks, this firm should be on your radar.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred—will accept those who are in process
• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory, or Deals/FDD at a Public Accounting firm (Big 4/Top 10 preferred)
• Experience with large Public filers (Audit/Assurance) and high-value transactions (Deals/FDD)
• High degree of professionalism, including the ability to communicate with C-suite level individuals
• Self-starter who can thrive as an individual contributor or in a team-based environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB, and SEC/ASC rules and standards
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA, etc.)
